Dilly Severin, Online Outreach Associate

Dilbar (Dilly) Severin joined PAI in September 2008 as Online Outreach Associate. Dilly was previously the Communications Coordinator at the Consortium on Race, Gender and Ethnicity (CRGE) where she redesigned their website and worked on other communications materials. Before working at CRGE she was the Program Coordinator of the YouthActionNet program at the International Youth Foundation. Dilly holds a Masters of Public Policy in International Development from the University of Maryland and has a B.A. in English Literature with a minor in Asian Studies from Towson University.
