Jacqueline C. Morby

Mrs. Morby served as a Managing Director for TA Associates from 1982 to 2002. She was a member of TA Associates’ four members Executive Committee from 1988 to 2001.  She retired in 2002 but continues to serve as a Senior Advisor to the firm.

Mrs. Morby graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and from the Simmons Graduate Management School with a Masters in Management degree.  She is on the Boards of Directors of ANSYS, Inc. (Public), Axioma, Inc. (Private), and Pacific Life Corp., a Fortune 500 company.  She has also served as a Director of the following public companies:  Axent Technologies, Inc., BMC Software, Inc., Boron, LePore & Associates, Inc., Ontrack Computer Systems Inc., Smith-Gardner & Associates, Inc., System Software Associates, Sierra On-Line Inc., and Trinzic Inc.

Mrs. Morby is a member of the Board of Trustees of Simmons College, serves on the Board of Trustees of the Warhol Museum, The Carnegie Museum, and the Board of Directors of Population Action International and of The Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse, an organization which provides initial capital for new enterprise formation.
